Manish Ishwarlal Chandnani

  • The Group was founded and is chaired by Mr. Manish Chandnani, a well-known figure in Professional, trade and industrial circles. 
  • Mr. Manish Chandnani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Since the beginning of his career, he has been known for ethical values, dignity, accountability, honesty, integrity, dedication and hardwork.
  • He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach.
  • He has pioneered efforts in the areas of Finance, Government Subsidy & incentives and have splendid knowledge of regulatory framework and advice on direct taxation.
  • He has been a catalyst in expanding the portfolio of the firm’s services from traditional Auditing and Taxation to multi-faceted consultancy.
  • His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into aplatform of quality driven service industry.
  • He serves on the board of Chandnani Enterprises Private Limited and is, also a partner in S. S. Lohiya & Associates.
  • He is also a member of various committees of the several banks.

Bhavika Chandnani

  • Bhavika Chandnani Co-founder and board member of Chandnani Enterprises Private Limited .
  • She leads the Finance and Business Advisory practice, as a proprietor of Chandnani Financial Consultancy since 2014. Also having great experience in Project financing, Cluster
  • She has done PGDM in Finance. Also she has completed her Post-graduation as a Master of Commerce in Corporate law and CFP Aspirant.
  • Her strong belief in fundamental knowledge has enabled her to guide various banks such as; Bank of Maharashtra, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDBI and ICICI Bank and Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance as Direct Selling Executor.
  • Also having good knowledge and experience in the area of Investment, Securities, Research and Analysis, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Real Estate, Commodity and Forex.

Atul Suresh Agrawal

  • Mr. Atul Agrawal is a associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Immediately after qualifying, he became the partner in S. S. Lohiya & Associates.
  • He is associated with the entity from past 3 years.
  • He has an excellent academic record. Also he has secured All India Rank in Intermediate as well as in Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • He has developed the practice for Auditing and Taxation.
  • He has his own unique style, he combines technical professional subjects with logics to give a different and clear perspective on several legal areas.
  • He has hands on managing works related to regular compliances by taxpayers, tax audits, statutory audits and other ancillary works.
  • He enjoys connecting with nature and socialising, though his passion remains his professional commitments.

Satyanarayan Shaligramji Lohiya

  • He is the founder of the firm S. S. Lohiya & Associates and started his practice in the year 1989. 

Mr. Satyanarayan Shaligramji Lohiya is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

  • He is an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with Twenty nine years experience (since he became a chartered accountant).
  • He has specialization in Audits, Accounts and Taxation & Finance. He gains vast experience in the field Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Stock Audits, Income Tax & V.A.T. Audits, etc.
  • He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Science and Law .
  • He has also completed the Study Course on Audit of co-op Banks and Society conducted by WIRC of ICAI.
  • During the practice he has handled many assignments of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Revenue Audits, Stock Audits & Tax Audits of clients from various sectors.

Arpit Naresh Khetan

  • Mr. Arpit Khetan is a chartered Accountant having qualified course of Information Systems Audit (ISA) and Started his Practice in 2012.
  • He is one of the Partner of the Firm S. S. Lohiya & Associates, Akola
  • He has pioneered efforts in the areas of direct taxation, representation & litigation, secretarial services.
  • He is known for his radical and at the same time philosophical views. In his own unique style, he combines technical professional subjects with philosophy to give a different and clear perspective on several legal areas.
  • His expertise lies in Advisory, Audit, Compliance, Litigation Matters. He has got a unique hang on handling Scrutiny, appeals, assessments and various other representation matters with diverse regulatory and taxation authorities
  • He has hands on experience in handling Statutory Audits of Limited and Private Limited Companies.
